I’ve always written short stories in my spare time. Out of insecurity, I’ve never sought to publish them. Academics are not supposed to write fiction… Although it does not constitute a collection at such, the four I make available on this page appear to make a cohesive whole about grandmothers. I give them here so that they don’t continue languishing in my drawers. Others will follow if I manage to find a vaguely coherent tread between them. In the meantime, if you feel like providing feedback for these, please do so on the contact page.
